Svaroopa® yoga classes are designed for EVERY body. While all styles of yoga have their own way of working with the classical yoga asanas or poses, the Svaroopa® yoga practice uses supportive props to assist in unraveling the deep-seated layers of tension in your body and mind with specific focus on releasing the tension along your spine. This inner opening creates healing and personal transformation, and gives you an illuminative experience of your own divine essence, which is the goal of all yoga. If you'd like to join us for Afternoon Tea, we have books on yoga, ayurveda, health, poetry, and India that you can peruse. Or, you are certainly welcome to bring your own readings or quiet activities along with you. We will soon be offering special teas from Dobra Tea, Tulsi Tea Room along with our very own special blends.
If you'd like to join us for Meditation, please note that we do not give meditation instruction, as we are not qualified to teach meditation. Instead, we are simply offering the studio space for like-minded individuals to join us during our evening practice. We hope to expand on this once we have received the proper training and hope to offer evening satsangs as well. If you are interested in learning more about meditation, please let us know. We have plans to bring in meditation instructors for weekend workshops and will let you know on our Workshops/Events page as soon as they are scheduled.

GROUP CLASSES are open on a first-come first-serve basis and structured into monthly themes. This creates consistency, deepens your experience and enhances your knowledge of the practice further allowing the integration of yoga into your daily life.
