Primordial Sound Meditation is rooted in India's ancient Yogic tradition.  It is a practice for moving beyond the mind's constant stream of thoughts into the stillness of pure awareness.

One of the most powerful and unique tools offered through this type of meditation is your personal mantra. The creation of this mantra is based on the time, place and date of your birth.  Its vibration brings you to a place of increasing conscious awareness.  What does this mean for you?  You will become increasingly conscious of the Self and begin making choices that bring peace, health, love, and meaning to your life.

In this weekend workshop, you will not only learn this process of meditation, but you will be given your mantra in private and in the Vedic tradition.   You'll receive workbooks and materials to support your home practice, which have been written by Deepak Chopra and David Simon, the founders of this practice.

Dress comfortably and bring water, snacks, a bag lunch, pillows, etc.  Whatever you need.
